Choose from the Chef’s Selection of Appetizers, which includes:
- Shiromi Karage, a deep fried white meat fish,
- Yakitori, delicious charcoal-grilled Teriyaki chicken on a skewer,
- Delight Ura Maki, special rolls topped with thin slices of salmon.

A Japa Sushi and Sashimi Platter, which includes 2 pieces of assorted sushi, 3 pieces of California Roll and 3 pieces of Sashimi (Salmon Thin Slice). All this comes with a Mixed Salad Served with Special Dressing.

The main course will be a choice of Deluxe Tempura Moriawase or Unagi Tempura with Japanese Style Fried Chicken Rice.
